Orders takes from 2 to 10 (exceptionally 15) working days to arrive. Some countries or remote areas may take longer and we can’t be responsible for delays, strike action or disturbance during shipping.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP?
Most of the orders are shipped the next working day Monday to Friday. When we experience high volumes of orders we may ship your order the next working day but this is pretty unusual. Please, be aware that the stated delivery times are given by the courier companies and we have no control over them, we are not reliable for the shipping companies delays and issues and will not refund or credit shipping where the package arrives outside of the couriers stated delivery timeframe.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped in a plain brown discreet postal box or bubble envelope. Bottles will be protected and the parcel won’t get any mention of what is inside.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. You can use it to check the status. Please allow time for the tracking information to become active especially for orders that are first shipped to a regional warehouse before being dispatched to the courier company.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of certain products we can’t accept any returns for hygiene products (like toys and underwear), chemical sensitive problems (like poppers and aroma). Requests for return and refunds have to be made by email immediately after reception and we need pictures when the product is delivered to you in a damaged condition. It may happened that your package go on quite a journey to get to you and your packaging may get damaged, we will only perform refunds or exchanges if the product arrive to you in a damaged condition and you send us an email with 48 hours after the reception of the package.
Items not reported as damaged within 48 hours after being delivered will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
If you cancel your order after payment it may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, Shipping fees are never refunded.
